Eyes on Irving is a City Employee program designated to help keep Irving litter free and to report unusual problems.

The types of problems employees should report include:

  • Graffitti
  • Abandoned Grocery Carts
  • Potholes
  • Hight Grass/Weeds
  • Damaged Signs
  • Abandoned cars
  • Minor flooding
  • Overloaded dumpsters
  • Trash/brush/bulky items
  • Backed up sewer lines
